Description
You are to research and analyze a well-established city branding as a case study. Identify the brand strategy supported with its brand identity (Naming, logo, slogan, brand story, brand message, big idea, city promotional videos, website, applications, etc.). Additionally, you are to explain its brand experience with a customer journey map.
The presentation must be easy to understand, clean, clear and concise. Presentation will be organised individually.
City Branding, Brand Identity & Brand Experience
Customer journey map is a diagram or several diagrams that depict the stages customers go through when interacting with a company, from buying products online to accessing customer service on the phone to airing grievances on social media.
Building a brand identity is a multi-disciplinary, strategic effort;
every element needs to support the overall message and business goals.

It's good that now my presentation skill is somehow upgraded, I'm not that awkward and afraid, I can use my humor side to help me present. The data that I've collected is complete and clear. But maybe sometimes I do need to consider if the facts that I put in the slides are important or not.
Reflection
Experience
This is my first time doing a super quick research for something as usually I have around 2 weeks or more but now I really need to work fast and efficient.
Observation
It's quite hard at the start as we need to find a good city branding that provides enough information for us to use and that one is the one real time consuming.
Findings
I think this is a good thing to start to work fast and efficient, finding and compiling a lot of information in a quick time.
