Feedback
Week 8
General feedback:
Analysis is not the same thing as conclusion. Before making the conclusion, analyze it first than conclude. Be careful on choosing what words to use and not being to hard on our own opinion.
Specific feedback presentation and blog:
Make the introduction’s what, why and how not that complicated and mixed with one another. In the introduction’s conclusion separate it with the analysis. Fix the blog, resize the words and add the books.
Specific feedback 10 sketches:
Try to work on the color idea and see if it works.
Week 9
General feedback: Good work on project 2, try to change the word selections, maybe make it more formal. Add more explanations on the conclusion, now it’s okay but it’s too brief can add more information but don’t put too much.
Specific feedback on blog: Good work on the blog, maybe change the color or indentation for the forum questions, research is under instruction so don’t separate it. Add the books from project 1 and 2 post to exercise post too. Maybe retake the pictures with more proper light.
Week 10
General feedback: As we're now working on the execution of the ideas. It's the crucial stage and we'll have to work hard on working it. Something might not work so when you find out that it's not working than stop doing it and rethink of another way on doing it.
Specific feedback on work: Not working. Find a new visual reference and rework on it. Sketch what will be the details on the artwork first than start working to see if it works. And my work also need more power, the volcano didn't really show the explosion.
Week 11
General feedback: If 1 work is working proceed to finish all the 5 legs. Try to put it in the media that we choose.
Specific feedback on work: First leg volcano is much better. Need to work more on the visual, refer more to the visual reference. Some works still not working good enough especially the earthquake one and some more also like the thunderstorm. A little bit out of reference.
Week 12
General feedback: Do the mockup with the media that we choose. Print it out and see if it’s pixelated or not.
Specific feedback on work: Refine the earthquake because it’s the weakest among the 5 try to figure out how to make it works, and it’s a little bit out from the visual reference.
Reflection
Week 8
Experience
This presentation I’m actually don’t really undertand it but I try hard to work on it while refering to the senior’s work just as reference but not copying what they’ve done.
Observation
Again I procrastinate while working I didn’t have time to sleep before the submission even though I’m so sleepy and not feeling well but I try to finish it before class.
Findings
After so much work for this project I realize that actually for both presentation 1 and 2 especially 1 we don’t have enough feedback for the presentation so the result of the work are not that good. But I just try to work my best for it.
Week 9
Experience
It is very frustrating when I try to fix my blog and it takes a lot of time trying to find out what's wrong with it.
Observation
I try to look for way to fix my blog from the internet, asked my friend and also asked my brother to help me fix my blog.
Findings
After so much work for my blog I'm so happy that the result is good even if I have to make a new one and to 2 works to try to fix it.
Week 10
Experience
This is actually my first time looking for specific visual reference so I don't really know what to find.
Observation
Again I procrastinate while working I work quite slow and make my work hard also because I didn't look for any visual reference.
Findings
After trying to find a good visual reference for my work I know here to start and what to make.
Week 11
Experience
I'm still trying to work on my visual as the first one volcano already work, I'm working on the rest of it and try to keep the concept.
Observation
I need to refer more on my visual reference as I start to work on more visual and I'm making the visual far from my visual reference.
Findings
After making all the 5 visual I find that most of my work still far from the result that I want to make. I need to keep on trying to figure out how to make the visual works with the reference that I have.
Week 12
Experience
One of my visual which is the earthquake is not working and Mr. Vinod said that it's the weakest among all.
Observation
After trying to figure out how to fix all of my visuals I realize that I need to use my time wisely, see and look for more reference for my works.
Findings
After working on all of my visuals I realize that when I use my time wisely and let myself to work more, I can produce something good and in the right path with what reference I've choose.
